How it works

Four steps, no bundle required.

Zvingo is built for how Zimbabwe actually buys: cash first, data scarce, power unreliable.

  1. 01

    ~40 KB of data

    Pick your shop

Browse restaurants, tuckshops, pharmacies and groceries near you across Harare CBD and the suburbs.

  2. 02

    App or SMS

    Order your way

Tap through the app on WiFi, or send a plain text message when your bundle has run dry.

  3. 03

    Under 60 seconds

    Rider dispatched

The nearest available rider takes the job in seconds, with an offline route already on their phone.

  4. 04

    Cash friendly

    Pay at the door

Cash in USD or ZiG, EcoCash or Innbucks. You get an SMS receipt either way.

Text to order

When the data runs out, Zvingo keeps going.

Common questions

Do I need a data bundle?
No. The SMS flow works on any handset. The app itself uses under 500 KB for a full delivery session.
How do I give my address?
Describe your gate and nearest landmark, or send a Plus Code. Riders get landmark directions, not just a pin.
What if there is no power?
Orders queue locally and send themselves once signal or power returns, and SMS keeps working through outages.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Cash in USD or ZiG, or EcoCash and Innbucks. The exchange rate is locked at the moment you order.
